Introduction
The Singapore Manufacturing Federation is authorised by the Singapore Government (specifically Singapore Customs) to issue, endorse and certify Certificates of Origin. SMF has been endorsing CO's for more than 20 years.

ECO Self-Printed by applicant Approved ECOs are self-printed by applicants. These ECOs are digitally stamped, signed, and dated. |

ECO Printed by SMF Applicants can have their approved ECOs printed at SMF premises. These ECOs will be manually stamped, signed, and dated by SMF. |

Applicants who require their approved ECO urgently can opt for this service. The processing time will be within 1 hour*. *Note: Submission before 3.00pm – within 1-hour, same working day After 3.00pm – 9.00am onward on the following working day. |
